I often make that many cinnamon rolls...I put the first pan into the oven and by the time I have the second rolled out and cut the first is almost done...
I just make them a pan at a time, and when the first pan is ready to bake I am still working on the third> You can't possibly make that many rolls all raised and ready to go into the oven at the same time...just bake them as they are ready>
I bake mine in 8 by 8 pans and can fit 2 in an oven...

I now have double ovens, so I can bake 'em faster than I can make them! (grin)

However, when I had a regular old small and very cheap oven, I often baked two 9x13 pans, side by side. They always baked fine.

Assuming you have a 30" oven...two 9 x 13's will bake side by side just fine. Smaller oven? Probably not.

My glass 9x13 pans only fit sideways in the oven, one at a time. I stupidly bought the easy-grab/extended handles style and they're too long to fit side by side. I have cookie sheet and a muffin tin as well in that style. Grrrr

I am so sorry I didn't get back to you all yesterday. Our internet went out at 4am Sun. morning and only now got fixed. Lightening.

I ended up doing one pan at a time. What made it easy is each pan is supposed to sit for at least 20 min. before going in the oven. So while one pan was cooking, the other pan was resting, and so on.

I do have room to set them side by side, but I wasn't going to risk it, since I had spent 4 hours on my feet by then. :)

Good....they will bake better one at a time. I trust theyw ere wonderful?

Delicious! Except when the freshness went away the next morning, which is to be expected, the sugar, butter, and cinnamon mixture in the rolls seemed a bit grainy for some reason.

The maple icing was fantastic. This recipe didn't have eggs either, and the steps it called for when making the dough were very unusual. But they rose like crazy, even in the fridge!

Will make again, and this time will I plan to use every surface in my kitchen. lol
