X-Post - Painting inside of black glass from cabinet white ???

Finalizing my choices for our kitchen redo.

We decided to paint the "bar" black. This will have a light colored Vicostone counter in "Carrara" and backsplash in a blueish/gray subway. We are switching out the door of the double cabinet on the right for glass fronts. There will be a wine fridge in place of the bar sink cabinet, lower right; and a microwave hung below the right cabinet. It will be trimmed to look "built in". We are donating the fish tank.

The island will also be painted ebony with the same top.

Other cabinetry in the kitchen will be painted Simply White

My painter recommended painting the insides of the cabinet with the glass doors in Simply White. I'm having a hard time finding examples of this - and I'm starting to wonder if this is b/c it's not something that is done very much.

I should mention that the cabinet will not be lit on the inside.

What do you think?
