Glenda, I made your skillet shortbread today

Well, I didn't have a cast iron skillet, so I did use non-stick foil and an 8"x8" glass baking dish. It made it thicker, so I needed to bake it a bit longer. But it is delicious!!! Thanks so much for the recipe.
