Can I connect 3-outlet plug to GFI outlet in bathroom?

I have a 2-plug GFI outlet in my bathroom that I use to plug in my electric toothbrush (continuously) and my hairdryer when I use it. I want to get a waterpik and also keep that plugged in continuously. So I will have three things plugged in at times but only two outlets.

Can I just plug in a 3-outlet plug to one of the wall outlets so that I can have three things plugged in at once?

Does that reduce the safety of the GFI outlet? Is there a certain kind that I should use?

Thanks!
