Repair or Replace 6 year-old KitchenAid DW?

Our top of the line Kitchenaid has a dead motor which will cost $377 to replace. (on top of the $69 service call that I already paid) It hasn't had any problems otherwise except some of the plastic bits on the silverware drawer have broken but that's mostly due to our abusing them and throwing silverware in from 6-12" as opposed to placing them in like humans would.

If it were 12 years old I wouldn't hesitate but at 6 I'm inclined to fix it. It's quiet and gets most things clean most of the time. (no DW is perfect)

Anyone disagree?
