Meyer lemon - beginner questions

I am a beginner citrus grower in the UK. I have a small lemon tree which I have had for about a year. This year it produced a lot of flowers which have dropped and now has a lot of small fruits growing. Do I need to remove any of these or will the tree drop any it can't support on its own?

A couple of the leaves have developed brown tips (see photo) but this doesn't seem to be spreading to the rest of the tree. Can I remove these leaves? Is there a reason for this? The tree has been indoors in a sunny spot for a couple of months over winter but I have started to move it outdoors now as the weather improves.

finally will I need to re-pot

my tree at any point?

any help and tips much appreciated!
