Are these worm mounds or some type of grub?

I am finding these everywhere we had snow piled up in our yard. I live at 7500' msl in Colorado. If they are worms, they are taking out a lot of grass in my back yard.

These are areas that are devoid of sprinklers and that I do not fertilize or aerate. Just natural mountain grass that I mow.

In the front yard, I had voles/pocket gophers under the snow for the first time ever that left trails through the grass. The ground was frozen hard as concrete so they couldn't burrow through it.

I am wondering if I have worms or some other grub that is attracting the mammals and i also have crows that are digging holes. Lived here for 20 years and have never seen this before.
