How to use computer to bring a church together

Hi,

I am not savvy with computers so please bear with me.

I belong to a church that has two groups in its building. One group is
English-speaking, the other group is Portuguese-speaking.

We have two services on Sunday. The English service is at 10:00am, the Portuguese one is at 12:00pm.

The church has a website.

I would like for the two services to get to know each other better. In
particular, I would like for there to be a way for the members of the
English group and Portuguese group to get to know each other online. For
example, if a member of the Portuguese group (mostly immigrants) was
looking for advice on something that could be easily answered by someone
who grew up in America, he/she could pose the question somewhere and
someone from the English group could respond. Such communication would
be something that only the members of the church (English and Portuguese
groups) would have access to, and could not be read by the general
public (for privacy purposes).

What would you recommend? Would it be something that could be on the
church's website? Or would it be something different altogether?

Any advice will be highly appreciated!

Thanks.
