Yikes! Sorry for not posting the recipe initially! I am posting the recipe as I found it - I actually subbed canned tomatoes for the jarred sauce the recipe called for and incerased the spices a bit, but I kept true to the ingredients. Also, I sauteed the garlic for just a bit, then added the capers and smashed some with my wooden spoon before adding the tomatoes and olives and other stuff. _______________________________________________________ Halibut Puttanesca Copyright, 2006, Robin Miller, All rights reserved Prep Time: 5 min Inactive Prep Time: 0 min Cook Time: 10 min Level: Easy Serves: 4 servings Ingredients  1 1/2 cups tomato sauce, left over from Spaghetti and Meatballs or storebought  4 cloves garlic, minced  1/2 cup stuffed green olives, chopped  3 tablespoons drained capers  1/2 cup red wine  2 teaspoons anchovy paste  4 (5-ounce) halibut fillets  Salt and ground black pepper  1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves Directions Add tomato sauce to a saucepan. Add garlic, olives, capers, wine and anchovy paste and bring mixture to a simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat. Meanwhile, season halibut on both sides with salt and black pepper. Add halibut fillets to sauce, cover and simmer 3 to 5 minutes, until fish is fork tender.

Cinnamon Rolls (Buns) ===================== From Joy of Baking Dough: 4-1/2 to 5 cups all-purpose " flour 1 Package active dry yeast 1 Cup milk 1/3 Cup "" butter 1/3 Cup sugar 1/2 Teaspoon salt "3 eggs Filling: 3/4 Cup packed brown"sugar 1/4 Cup all-purpose " flour 1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon 1/2 Cup" butter 1/2 Cup light raisins (optional) 1 Tablespoon half-and-half 1 recipe Powdered Sugar Glaze Note: I prefer a Cream Cheese icing. 1/4 cup butter 1 cup cream cheese Cream together and add enough icing/powder sugar to make a creamy icing. Powdered Sugar Glaze: In a bowl stir together 1 1/4 cups sifted powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon light corn syrup, 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract and enough halfand- half (1 to 2 tablespoons) to make the glaze thin enough to drizzle over cinnamon rolls. . In a large mixing bowl combine 2 1/4 cups of the flour and the yeast. In a small saucepan heat the milk, the 1/3 cup butter, 1/3 cup sugar, and salt just till warm (120 degrees to 130 degrees)and butter is almost melted, stirring constantly. Add to flour mixture. Add eggs. Beat on low speed for 30 seconds, scraping sides of bowl. Beat on high speed for 3 minutes. Using a wooden spoon, stir in as much of the remaining 2 1/4 to 2 3/4 cups flour as you can. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead in enough of the remaining flour to make a moderately soft dough that is smooth and elastic (3 to 5 minutes). Shape into a ball. Place in a greased bowl, turning once. Cover; let rise in a warm place till double (about 1 - 1 1/2 hours). For filling, combine brown sugar, the 1/4 cup flour, and cinnamon. Cut in remaining butter with a pastry blender until mixture is crumbly. Set aside. Punch dough down. Turn onto a lightly floured surface. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes. Roll the dough into a 12 inch square. Sprinkle filling over dough square; top with raisins (if desired). Roll up jelly-roll style; pinch edges to seal. Slice roll into eight 1 1/2 inch pieces. Arrange dough pieces, cut side up, in a greased 12 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Cover dough loosely with clear plastic wrap, leaving room for rolls to rise. Refrigerate dough for 2 to 24 hours. Uncover and let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. (If you are making the cinnamon rolls immediately, dont chill dough. Instead, cover loosely, let dough rise in a warm place till nearly double, about 45 minutes.) Break any surface bubbles with a greased toothpick. Brush dough with a half-and-half. Bake in a 375 degree oven to 25 to 30 minutes or till light brown. If necessary to prevent overbrowning., cover rolls loosely with foil the last 5 to 10 minutes of baking. Remove rolls from oven. Brush again with half-and-half. Cool 5 minutes. Invert onto a baking rack and invert again onto a plate. Can drizzle with Powdered Sugar Glaze. Serve warm. Makes 8 rolls. Nancy

Stacy, you gave me a grin! Yes, you're absolutely right about having a hand in that recipe. I remember that fire vividly! ;) You know, one of things I do after I've tried a recipe and like it is make extensive notes. If the recipe turns out well, I always want to be able to make it exactly the same way. Rewriting recipes is something I do to most of those I make repeatedly...I've noticed there are a lot of recipes out there that are poorly written, or don't give very good instruction. My thinking is...when my thinking goes...I want to be able to make it again. I usually make personal notes as well, like which pans I use to make the sauce, cook the pork, etc., just so I don't have to think about it. That's probably a little excessive to some, but it really helps me when I'm getting prepared. You both have no idea how happy it makes me you use my ''instructions''. I don't always feel like I have much to contribute to the Cooking Forum (too many good cooks here), so it's very nice to know the combination works for you. Pizza making wasn't easy for me initially, so figuring something like this out was a big deal at the time. Considering how easy it is now for me to make pizza, it was worth writing all the steps down!

Sleevendog, no it is a different recipe. I use chickpeas, not chickpea flour. A google search using Thibeault's Table will bring up all the recipes I've posted to the blog. Was the naan baked on your wood stove? I love Naan bread, but I'm always a little disappointed in homemade Naan. Never quite tastes the same as naan baked in a tandoori oven. Chickpea Flatbread Source: Souvlaki for the Soul 1 cup of all-purpose flour 1 cup of wholewheat flour 1/2 of a 540mL/18oz can of chickpeas (garbanzos) along with some of the liquid from the can 1/2 to 3/4 a cup of warm water 1/4 cup of olive oil 1 teaspoon of cumin 1 teaspoon of turmeric 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (Omitted) 1/2 a teaspoon of salt Edited: Note: This recipe can be cut in half, by leaving out the Wholewheat flour and using just one cup of all-purpose flour, and reducing other ingredients by half. Place the flour and spices in the bowl of a food processor. Add the chickpeas and some of their juice from the can, the olive oil along with some of the warm water. Process until the dough comes together and a ball forms. The dough should be soft. Add more water if necessary. Process for approximately 60 seconds. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and set a side to rest for at least 30 minutes. Divide dough into balls about the size of a golf ball. Roll each ball into a circle approximately 6 to 8 inches. Cook the on a cast iron griddle or skillet. When the bread starts to get little brown spots and puff up ( 15 to 20 seconds), turn over and cook on the other side.
