Well, I had a bit of trouble posting pictures, Picasa lost all the links, but they're back now... My Benfica has finally opened all the way and what a beauty.. I just can't get the color right, have taken a dozen pictures and they all come out too purple...anyway, the color is a very, very dark velvet red, just lovely and it's a 6 "+ flower. In the pictures it looks just like my Red Pearl, but since they're not both out I can't compare...take a look and see if you still think it's Benfica.. My contractor responded to my question to him about why the heat pump quote was so much higher than the non-heat pump quote...He didn't really answer it, but he has revised it to include the Infinity furnace (variable I think) along with the Infinity heat pump-a/c. My total payment after rebates is about 13,500. This includes the system below, 50 gal powervent hwh, 950 sq feet of r-19 blown in fiberglass and air sealing gaps in attic and as needed elsewhere. I have no idea what a reasonable price for this Infinity system is. I know the hwh and insulation are a little high, but not crazy. Any ideas what this hvac alone should cost? He doesn't list Infinity control but maybe that's an oversight as one of the units (a/c?) seems to require it. I would ask for it to be included in the price. This is the same price as he originally gave me for the 59TP5 furnce..the only diff is the furnace, is it much more in cost? � Remove and dispose of existing furnace, coil, line set, and plenum located in basement � Clean duct system. � Install new 2-stage, 100,000 BTU Carrier 96% gas furnace. Hi figgits, I've been coming to this forum for about six months now and have posted several times. I'm afraid your symptoms sound exactly the same as lots of other people on here including me. I was always fit and healthy until I hit my forties and I have to tell you its been all down hill since. I have been tested for just about everything and was diagnosed with fibromyalgia at one point but I think they were completely wrong about that one. Some months I can go without any symptoms and then I have loads all on top of one another. The list is endless including hot flashes, crashing fatigue, nausea, tingling in extremities, headaches, skin crawling which feels as if there are little bugs running over my scalp, weird "spaced-out" feelings like I'm not quite here, crying for no reason, extreme mood changes, feelings of dread......and now in the past few weeks I'm cold all the time! I have had all this in the past 8 years and will be 50 tomorrow. I was hoping it would all have stopped by now but unfortunately not. I too feel like I am no longer the person I used to be and I know my husband thinks the same. Thankfully he is really understanding and tries his best to keep things light and humourous but I know he would like it all to end. Sorry if I've depressed you now but this forum has been a godsend for me cos I know I'm not going mad and imagining it all. I've found some supplements that work for me they don't for everyone so its a case of trial and error as far as they go. I did take HRT for a while but it sent my BP sky high and my GP took me off it. Try keeping a diary with the times you feel bad and when you feel ok and I'm sure you'll find a pattern emerge. I don't know if your period has stopped ofr if you're peri but I didn't have a period for nine months last year and was beginning to feel a lot better then WHAM back it came at the beginning of this month and the bloody symptoms have started again. I agree with Lucretzia about sleeping in the coldest room possible cos that works for me, it helps keep the pillows cold as my hot flashes start at the back of my neck. Theres a post on this forum about hormones and there affect on the hypothalamus but I can't remember who wrote it. If you can find it its really interesting and may help you understand whats happening to you cos it did me. I've gone on a bit but I find it helps to know you're not alone with crap. If there's such a thing as reincarnation I'm coming back as a man!

Kitchencraft has been very good about replacing questionable doors/trim for me, so you shouldn't have a problem if HH requests a new one under a "warranty claim." I have the darker colour (expresso) and one of my cover panels had to be reordered. It came in a slightly different stain colour than the rest, and they just sent another which matched better (different lot numbers I guess). If the "drip" is in a noticable spot I would get them to reorder. As for the crown, I do agree it's not that noticable, but I'm sorry to say it is a bit funny/weird, especially for how much I know you paid for the cabinets. Sorry. They should have ordered different height cabinets for your fridge surround to allow for a bigger crown frieze (I think that's what it's called) or placed your other cabs at a higher height so it would not be as much of a difference. I truly feel terrible writing this to you, but I have a feeling you suspect it's off anyway. It's not bad looking... just for what you ordered it should have been less noticable, even if your ceilings are off. I also know what it's like to be near the end and just want it done (like I think your DH is).
