New Year's Resolutions

This year I've made important and hard won changes and affirming them via a list may help my resolve not to sink back into inactivity and lose what I have achieved:

Continue daily exercise: It has made me feel better and I can do more now since I started exercising EVERY day.

Continue weight loss

A designated 'garden' day every week: The fall garden cleanup it a real chore, I think if I do a little garden maintenance every week, it will be easier as I age to keep gardening for as long as I can.
