If not, I'll keep looking. I don't have any computers with Windows Vista any longer. Been over 4-5 years since I've used Vista, maybe longer!

Do you use reading glasses as sold at drug stores? Not intended as a snippy comment, if you don't maybe you should. And you may need a higher power of magnification for PC use than you'd use for general reading.

Many do use them for PC screens - images and fonts can be hard to read, that's a common problem for seasoned citizens. As for me, my near-sighted self wears glasses with progressive lenses for close vision but with some laptops, I need to take my glasses off because the distance can be too far for the reading part of the glasses and too close for the distance part. Often I need to move the screen back and forth until the images are clear. Maybe some of these tips can help you.

Very funny Snidely .... I can see just fine ... just wanted to know if there was a way of increasing the fonts in the drop down columns. Not the over all page fonts .

Snidely this is OT but I just can't help it. About 2-3 5-6 years ago on the birdwatching forum there was a pic of a sparrow in a bush. They discussed its markings at length etc etc to decide what kind of a sparrow it was. I could not see that bird and said so. Even with my Thrifty Drugstore Optical Readers. They told me to get some glasses. So I dug into a drawer, found and tried on my old non-cool prescription specs (real glass). Nope. No bird. Oh well. :-)

For Win 7....go to Start>Control Panel>Personalization>Window Color and when the menu appears, click on each line item in the diagrammed page. I think "Menu" will get you what you want. You'll be offerred Font and Size boxes below the diagram.. Select a Font [I find Segoe UI Semibold to be very readable] and then enter a Font Size [I find 12 to, also, be readable but 14 may be better for your needs]. Click "Apply" and wait while your system makes the change. Viola! That should do it...if I understand your question.
