Advice needed on 2016 cultivars

I can grow 40 solanums without crowding too much to cause disease. I have to cut 2 plants from this list for 2016. Any suggestions?

In addition to some early cultivars, I select for both great taste (no Rutgers, Celebrity, Jet Star, Yellow Pear, etc.) and reasonable ability to produce plenty of fruit (no Brandywine, Cherokee Purple, etc). Because I might sell some at a stand where I sell other things, I need variety. I put a lot of faith in Sunset Magazine's test results because they found Constoluto Genovese to be the best full-sized red, and it is definitely superior.

4 Hatch-type peppers (Heritage NuMex 6-4)

1 Eggplant Ichiban (early)

3 Eggplant Prosperosa (unbelievable taste)

2 SS100 (the standard in cherries)

1 Sweet Baby Girl (testing it because of highest brix)

2 Sugar Shack (Sunset replaced Sungold with this one.)

2 Sungold (the standard in sweet cherry taste)

1 Sun Sugar (better prod and less cracking than Sungold)

2 Snow White (great taste & prod.)

2 Black Cherry (interesting taste)

1 Isis Candy (What about production? Is it worthwhile?)

1 Juliet (What about taste? Is it worthwhile?)

2 Matt's Wild Cherry.

1 Mexico Midget.

1 Coyote.

1 Spoon (Is it worthwhile with the other currents?)

1 Stupice (early)

1 Fourth of July (early)

2 Early Girl (I need 2 EG for myself. I force one to produce extra early, and one planted normally)

2 Big Boy (My life-long love)

4 Constoluto Genovese (Fabulous taste, production, and the absolute best paste tomato)

1 Brandy Boy (Looking for the Brandywine taste w/o the awful uneven ripening)

1 Black Prince (Sunset selected as best black)

1 Earl of Edgecombe (Sunset selected as best yellow)

1 Cuor di Bue (Trying 2 new Italian cultivars because Constoluto Genovese and Prosperosa eggplant are so superior.)

1 (Italian) Red Pear. Beefsteak- not the US cherry.

Might also consider replacing some with New Girl, Roselita, Yellow Submarine. Seeds of these are harder to find.
