18 vs 20 gauge for prep sink

Trying to sort out my prep sink situation, as my supplier has fallen through on me for my original choice, and now my second choice is being delayed (and my countertop fabrication along with it).

Our main sink is a Krause 16 gauge 32" sink. I have on order (but now delayed) a Novanni (Canadian brand) 18 gauge sink, but am considering a Kindred (another respected Canadian brand) 20 gauge sink. I know that 18 is the go-to minimum when it comes to the main sink, but for a prep sink is it as big a deal?

Link to sink I'm considering: https://www.lowes.ca/kitchen-sinks/kindred-20-gauge-undermount-single-basin-stainless-steel-kitchen-sink_g1494358.html

Thanks!
