The water might be coming from the copper pipe connected to
the over pressure relief valve. Mop up the water on the floor and place the end
of that copper pipe, that is right next to the drain valve, in a bucket to see
if it collects water. That will keep water off the floor if that’s the cause
and give you time to have the relief valve repaired if that’s the problem.

I checked the box kind of a thing between the heater and the furnace. It is topped with water and I believe it leaked from there. I moped the floor and will drain that box as well. See if it continues to leak.

If that's the problem your assumption
is correct.

If you're handy at all, I would look for a You-Tube video
on how to service a condensate pump. It can't be complicated. Your pump likely
has a stuck, crudded up float valve assembly.

How old is the hot water heater? It may have developed a leak.

it is 10 years old. I doubt if it is that. I do see that the condensation box is full of water, leading to the leak I believe.

When I look at the picture I see a puddle of water close to the hot water heater, and there seems to be a lot water. The concrete floor may be diverting the leak towards to the hot water heater so it is hard to tell.

I see a PVC pipe coming out of the bottom of the furnace and going into the condensate pump. That leads me to believe you have a condensing furnace. If that is correct then the furnace will be producing water condensate during the winter. You will have to get a new condensate pump soon.

Wrong, during heating condensate is also produced. It needs to be fixed before both the cooling and heating season. I also suspect the condensate pump considering it is full, it will normally empty out once the float activates the pump but clearly there is something wrong with yours. The pump may have just quit working and need replaced. They are not that expensive.

What type of 'furnace' do you have? Some are assuming it's a condensing gas furnace. Is it or is it an electric fan coil?
