Are rain shower heads and body sprays worth putting in?
Comments (17)Delta Shower Systems are really great. We deal with them every day and they are really an industry leader. All Delta products have a lifetime warranty on both operation and finish so you really can't go wrong. They have a great parts replacement department to help if anything goes wrong. It's a little tricky to put together a shower system with everything needed for installation. Here's a guide we wrote we can help: https://faucetlist.com/blogs/buying-guides/shower-systems With regards to body sprays, Delta has a new style called HydraChoice Body Spray Jets. HydraChoice body sprays automatically pop-out of the wall when you turn on the water.. It is also possible to angle them as you choose once they are pop-out. Read more about these body sprays and watch a video of them in action...they are really cool! https://faucetlist.com/blogs/buying-guides/delta-shower-system-hydrachoice-body-sprays-with-video In regards to whether they are worth it, there are a few things to consider. If you are often cold when you take a shower or have a drafty bathroom then body sprays can help make sure you stay warm. They are designed to surround you with water which is very pleasant. I suppose worth it could also mean do they add value to your home. Well a shower system in the master bath have been shown to increase home value. So why not enjoy your shower while you live there and sell the house for more if you ever move! These images show a shower system with HydraChoice Body sprays, a handheld shower, and a showerhead...See MoreHand Held Shower Head with Great Pressure? Not All Plastic?
Comments (3)Most are plastic now, even the higher end ones. I didn't love it either but the Kohler rep explained that it was a safety thing for dropping it against the glass or on your feet. The shower head will state what GPM it flows at a given PSI. If you don't have sufficient pressure it will trickle down to your shower head. also look at your water supply. Make sure the head you select has easy clean outlets to avoid build up I have Danze Nourish with 4 different streams. Dh likes the jet type setting. I like the rain one. We are both happy....See MoreWas really hoping it would rain all night....
Comments (6)I’m here around Wash DC. Our traditional Capital Fourth was ruined because our President decided he would have his own and brought in tanks for a military style celebration and took $2M from DC park services to add to his much more expensive, VIP seating only for his. Reagan Airport was closed for his Jet Flyover and spectacular fireworks billed as the greatest 4th of JULY EVER. I hoped it would be rained out. People living here who had never missed a 4th of July with children were squeezed out by street closures....See Morezinnias were doing great till all this rain?
Comments (6)Hi gawdinfever, Those brown spots look like Bacterial Leaf Spot (that is a clickable link) I probably would just carefully remove and discard the infected zinnia plants. I have never used a dedicated antibacterial spray, so I don't have any first-hand basis for recommending one. Nothing you can spray will make the existing brown spots go away. There probably are sprays that would protect your remaining uninfected plants, but right this minute I don't know of any specific ones. In the past, I have used Physan 20 to protect my zinnias against Powdery Mildew. Physan 20 might give your zinnias some protection against Bacterial Leaf Spot. You might want to check out the Physan 20 website. (another clickable link) ZM (not associated with any product or vendor mentioned or linked)...See Moreuscpsycho
