Trader Joe's Blue Cheese and Pecan Dip

I love TJ's Blue Cheese and Pecan Dip (it is actually the consistency of a spread, but they call it "dip"), but the closest store is 4 hours away. I have a friend who brings me non-perishables when he goes, but the dip doesn't travel as well as Triple Ginger Snaps, for example.

Here are the ingredients in order in TJ's Blue Cheese and Pecan Dip, minus anything I'm not likely to have, like maltodextrin:

cream cheese

sour cream

blue cheese crumbles

pecans

canola oil

water

salt

extra virgin olive oil,

lemon juice

How would you replicate this recipe (btw, I've already looked online and the only copycat recipe does not contain pecans)? I think I should start with 2 parts cream cheese to one part sour cream and one part blue cheese crumbles and one part chopped pecans, but what would I do with the 2 oils and water? Use them to adjust for spreadability/smoothness? Considering the EVOO is after the salt, it must be just a drop! I would add the salt and lemon "to taste."

Anyone have a more workman like idea? Or better yet, a real recipe? I can follow a recipe, but I'm not good at winging it.
