Raven: I like stuffed peppers too. When I make cabbage rolls anymore, I make them in layers of cabbage leaves, alternated with the stuffing. We have 3 cats, and I love dogs......other people's dogs! Although I have fallen in love with a neighbourhood Greyhound. His name is Tiger (not because of his markings, although they are the colours of a tiger) but his racing name was Eye of the Tiger. If we were allowed dogs in our apartment, I'd be having a greyhound. I've heard them described as 40mph couch potatoes! Thanks for the compliment on my acronym screen-name, Elizabettes.
