Residential AC Unit Replacement - BRYANT Feedback pls?

Hello All, I have a situation
and wanted to get your advise if I may. I have 2 units (3 ton and 2
ton). Larger unit is for 1st floor and smaller is for 2nd floor of the
house. My 1st floor unit is dead in water and looks like i would need to
replace the unit all together. I got quotes from local heating and air
contractor.

1st Floor Unit:

INSTALL BRYANT 113ANA036 WITH CNPVP3617 ( LEGACY LINE 13 SEER RATED, 3
TON AIR CONDITIONER WITH MATCHING COIL ) - $3650 (Parts + Labor + 10
Years Warranty on Parts and Labor Included).

2nd Floor Unit:

INSTALL BRYANT 113ANA024000 WITH CNPHP2414 ( LEGACY LINE 13 SEER
RATED, 2 TON AIR CONDITIONER WITH MATCHING HORIZONTAL COIL ). REUSE
EXISTING LINE-SETS AND THERMOSTATS. 10 YEAR PARTS
AND 10 YEAR LABOR WARRANTY INCLUDED - $3200

Questions:

1) Please comment on the equipment proposed and it's reviews ?

2) Pricing - I am getting value of the money ?

3) I read in many blogs that Bryant units tend to be louder in
general so, should I ask for "SOUND BLANKET" and also should I ask for
"HARD START POTENTIAL RELAY KIT" ?

4) Not sure if typical installations would be brazed vs. soldered ?

Would greatly appreciate your comments and suggestions please?
