Help with Bryant options to replace ac/heating system

Hi ya'll. Hope someone can share some info/feedback to determine what to replace my 15 year old ac/heating system. The house is about 1500 sq feet in Austin,Tx: humid, long hot summers and mild winters. I've asked contractors for quotes on a system that will take advantage of both federal tax credit and city rebates, I'll also be adding insulation and resealing ducts. I've gotten 4 quotes and have narrowed it down to 2 options (2 different contractors). Both options for Byrant systems and the same price.

Option#1

Condenser 165ANA030

Evap Coil C36A

Furance 315AAV

Option#2

Condenser 126ANA030

Evap Coil CNFVP

Furance 313AAV

From looking at the Bryant charts/info it looks like Option#1 is a step up from Option#2, which makes me think that Opt#2 is overpriced. The Opt#2 guy indicates that both options are good just different combinations of equipment that acheive a good efficiency.

Any suggestions/advice? What would one offer over the other? Anything else I should consider? Thanks.
