The broadleaf weeds are easily killed with Weed B Gone, sprayed according to directions. The grassy perennials look to me like Tall Fescue (which is different from Turf-Type Tall Fescue) and quackgrass and orchardgrass. I'd spot-spray Round Up on each plant, and get it killed now, early in the season. Start at the far end, and walk backward toward the house as you spray, so that you don't step on fresh roundup, and walk it where you don't want it. Based on the names of the products you have been using, I'm assuming you are in the UK? The Vitax active ingredient is triclopyr and is listed a "brush killer" and wouldn't be my first choice for the reasons I stated above. Weedol contains clopyralid, a very persistent herbicide that can remain active for a very extended length of time and is no longer approved for home use here in the US, so that would not be one of my first choices either. (it seems Vitax has a clopyralid-based weed killer as well) Based on this info sheet produced by the RHS for home gardeners, I'd probably go for something like the Resolva. Be sure to read the comments included on the fact sheet regarding the products that contain clopyralid, as inclusion of plant remains or grass clippings in your compost that have been with treated with clopyralid will have deleterious effects on many other plants.

Can't tell you the name of the weed but any product with the ingredient Triclopyr will take care of it pretty quick. That nutsedge is going to be the problem.
