Does anyone watch Grey's Anatomy , Lost or Prison Break?
Comments (89)Dena, I remember when my DH was laid off. Even though he hated the job he was laid off from, it was very difficult for both of us, anyway. I hope your DH ends up with a better job, and things go well for you. I'll keep you both in my thoughts and prayers. BTW, my DH found a job he liked much better, but paid a fraction of what he was making before. In the end, the happiness in the job is much more important than the money. I forgot about Libby being in the hospital with Hurley. I'm sure this is all leading up to a big season finale cliffhanger, but what can they do to top what they've done so far? I didn't pay any attention to that clue thing. It's a gimmick for the local news station and their sweeps. I don't watch that channel much any more for news since they've gotten a lot more trashy than they used to, and I like Kristine Kahanek's (sp?) weather reports the best. Comments (7)I watch, although this past season in particular seems to be deliberately focusing on the rude, crude and lewd as my husband would phrase it :). I *think* it is being highlighted to point out that JL is a somewhat dysfunctional, although lovable, individual. I guess living in a place like Miami the humor doesn't really bother me; compared with what one could encounter on any given Saturday night (or Tuesday or Wednesday or...) in South Beach it's not all that bad. OTOH, as an example of a truly terrible work environment-gold star! Not sure if it has always been this number of episodes but the season was really short this time, less than 10 episodes. I was a bit disappointed in that and indeed, that we didn't get nearly as much screen footage of actual decorating. Ann...See MoreAnyone watch AGT last night?
Comments (18)I wonder what happened to Nick? Anyone know? He did such a good job on that show, so talented, and I loved the way he would get on the stage and 'rescue' a contestant when things got too awkward. Wonder if Tyra will be able to do that. I'd never even heard of Tyra Banks before, don't think I was missing much. To me it seemed like she was trying to imitate Nick's expressions, reactions, etc., but it didn't come across as very natural. I missed his antics a lot. But I love the show more than I disliked Tyra, so I will get used to her. I hope. The chicken surprised me, I thought it was a definite buzzer act, but it was pretty good once it decided to do its thing. It will be interesting to see how they upgrade that act for the next level. Just how entertaining and talented can a chicken be? ? ? I'm with Simon on the clowns, I most definitely do NOT like them! And I thought Puddles deserved the buzzers he got! But that voice was a big surprise! And the brother-sister dance team! Wow! How in the world can anyone spin that much that fast and not be falling down dizzy? Comments (55)i strongly agree with virgil about the real work done on these shoes i have to say, i really hope they change hgtv shows. i know theres a thread somewhere on here all about hgtv but im sick and done with the fake happy couples who happen to mysteriously have ginormous amounts of money to flip and renovate homes into ugly houses for the fools who are on the show its the same s*it all over and over day after day, just different couples doing the same decorating and "designing" when we know all the TRUE work is done by engineers, architects, contractors, plumbers, electricians, handymen, house stagers and interior designers who work with them. you know....the little people...See Morenancyjwb
