Love your kitchen TV? Tell me!

I'm looking for a small kitchen TV.

* 19-24",

* good refresh (don't want to get seasick watching it blur with movement)

* good sound (don't want to put our hands over our ears at the tinny din).

* under $200. (Okay, $300.)

* not HD (it's the kitchen, I don't need to see individual hairs)

You can probably tell from my parenthetical comments that those are problems we are finding with TVs. I'm tired of running back to Best Buy's returns desk. The sales guy at BB says none of the small tvs have good sound, and good refresh will cost.

We are replacing an analog flat screen with nice speakers (only because I want to get the digital converter box and cords off the counter) Do I have to lower my standards, or raise my price range, or get separate speakers, or just keep the converter? What do you have?
