Dagnabbit, They Won't Stop Growing...
Comments (11)Hi everyone, I noticed that my jades are also growing now. I have a few that are coloring up nicely. Our night times temps are in the 60's and oocasionally in the 50's. My Hummel's cutting is putting out some nice growth. The "jade forest" that I bought from a grocery store is also turning a nice yellow orange. Not sure what it is for sure but I was told they were also Hummel's. Honestly, doesn't matter to me. I just like the jade's leaves coloration. Andrew...See MoreMy cat won't stop throwing up....
Comments (35)My previous cat had a similar problem. It is possible your cat may be sick so you should take her to the vet just to be safe. However, it could be an issue that your cat is eating her food too quickly and it's too much at once so they throw it up. My previous cat suffered from this for a long time. There are several ways to tackle this problem. First, you could give the cat only a little bit of food at a time. Give a little. Wait 10 minutes. Give a little more, repeat process until all the food given. This is a simple method, but I also realize some people are busy and don't have 30 minutes to feed / wait / feed wait. Second, (and this may sound a little weird and it ONLY for dry food, not wet) but put large SMOOTH stones in the food bowl. The purpose of doing this is that it takes the cat longer to pick out the food bits around the stones / crevices. It basically forces the cat to eat more slowly. Third, you could give your cat only wet food. This method worked very well for a friend of mine who also had a cat who threw up all the time because he ate too quickly. In general cats take longer to eat wet food. Anyhow, I understand the frustrations of cats throwing up all the time. It gets a little annoying cleaning it up constantly. Good luck!...See MoreMy bf won't stop catering to his Ex-Wife!
Comments (14)I don't know why you allowed this to go on for 5 years!! I could see for the first year of a relationship not being around the guys kids. But after 5 years, 3 of which you lived with him and saw his kids in your home often!! I think it is enough already!!! If this guy is serious about you he should stand up to his ex and allow you at the kids functions with him. Though if you have been together 5 years and he is not doing so and has not married you I see red flags. Sounds like you are good enough to live with and do married things with, but not good enough to bring to his kids functions. I would sit down and have a long talk with him about where the relationship is going and let him know how much this hurts your feelings. If you are a part of his life you should also be allowed to be a part of his childrens lives. If he is not going to allow you to do so then I would honestly leave and find someone else!...See MorePublisher's Clearing House Won't Deal With My Friend
Comments (4)If she hasn't checked the credit agencies, she should do so immediately. Everyone can get a free report annually from all three agencies, and they have it now that if you ask for it once you'll get all three. There's a government website (Federal Trade Commission) which explains it and has a link to the place where you get the report: http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0155-free-credit-reports She should check very carefully that all the entries on the report are correct for her and contact the companies immediately if there are errors. If someone has been scamming her credit, it might take a long time to clear up. She should definitely start by informing the agencies that several checks were stolen. She should also get a new checking account. That might not be why these companies have ceased contact, though it could be the theif changing her address, but she should definitely contact them and ask if someone has been using her name/information. The problem could just be that they've been purging their lists. Unfortunately, the only time I've heard of the government requiring companies to cease contact is in cases of debt collection harassment or ongoing litigation. If there really has been identity theft, your friend should get an attorney or agency that specializes in untangling these issues as soon as possible....See MoreUser
