Hi,
Is this a gall on my Picea orientalis ?
It's a cone or a flower, not a gall.
Now I'm never sure which is what male or female, flower or cone.
Sir Kenneth of Adrian will explain all in a small presentation.

After seeing Edwin's comment 'Yup' on FB it actually may be a gall, which do look very similar to cones oddly.
