Blossom end rot on un-ripe stupice tomato

I found a small tomato with blossom end rot today. This is my first garden. I planted the stupice tomatoes, two per box, in Garden Patch Grow Boxes. They are self watering planters. I've kept them pretty full though there were some days they got a little low, but never dry. I only found it on one tomato. I've read some articles that say to add calcium to the first 12 inches of soil but don't think that is possible this late in the game in such a confined area. I'd appreciate any advice about how to save my plants. Thanks!
