Is there a non-stone age fabricator in SF Bay Area?

We're moving (as I write) to north Marin County where our new-to-us house needs a new kitchen. I've been looking online at stone yards (seem to be lots out towards Hayward) and fabrication people. The problem is that where we're coming from in San Diego our fabricator used state of the art digital technology to measure our space, CAD to template it, and an automated 5 axis cnc saw to cut it out. It couldn't be more perfect. What I'm seeing online for the Bay Area is strips of luan and masking tape that certainly won't be following the ins and outs of the walls, maybe some rosin paper and chewing gum for the tricky bits. I have visions of chisel and mallet work. Whaat? Marin is within hailing distance of the technology capital of the world. Tell me that state of the art stone craftsmanship is available and I'm just not seeing it!
