I attempt a project out of necessity and get the chairs or swing FREE off CL. :0) (that way I don't have a lot invested if I redecorate or change my mind). The truck seat covers......just like the rest. I used the truck seat seams to make a pattern out of newspaper. They fit exact, because they're a perfect match to the upholstery. I made 2 slip covers(they unzip) for wingback chairs because they didn't go with anything color wise. :0) Now they coordinate with the oriental rug in the bedroom. I needed an accent chair for the livingroom. 11 years agolast modified: 11 years agoThese gentlemen on the island of Madeira were playing some game of cards where they would lunge forward and throw their card down in an attempt to play before someone else. It was the only time I've seen a card game that would qualify as aerobic exercise.
They were hanging out killing time waiting to take tourists for a ride in a sled down the steep streets of the town.
This British couple from the group I was with seem to be having a great time.
11 years agoMy first car that I bought in 1977 right before I got married. A 1972 Karmann Ghia. Twin sister on the right with Dorothy Hamill haircut, me on the left. Bell bottoms, halter tops, tie dyed tees, and short shorts. Got to love the 70's!
