I'm interested in how others employ their wine fridges for uses other than storing wine. We have ours at 55F for red wine. I often use it to ferment bread while I'm at work (not as cold as fridge but cooler than room temp). My newest discovery is that it holds berries (raspberries/strawberries) at a great temp to slow spoilage but keep good flavor. What else do you store in your wine fridge? (Or are we just oddballs!:) (Disclosure: We store most of our wine elsewhere, and keep a handful in the wine fridge in the kitchen).
