Wow, no offense Ianbeauty, but this isn't just a little neglect, it's perpetually a toast box of almost dead plants, especially the last haworthia is beyond salvageable.

You might want to replant the first guy, an echeveria and the 2nd guy in the pic a haworthia into a new pot with drainage. It seems like your current tray has no drainage in them.

Do u have a new grittier soil mix ready? Or some form of porous mix?

The last photo could be aloe? - it looks dead but the pups look little better. Maybe they can be saved...

As Bernard posted, everything needs to be changed. Soil seems to be very wet sphagnum moss and peat (and whatever else); container could work if it has drainage.

Echeverias (I think they are echies) in first photo are very etoliated. Little rosette hanging over the edge of container could be echeveria Doris Taylor if it has fuzzy leaves. Upright one maybe Black Prince? - need better photo.

I would take all plants out, get rid of all potting stuff (compost pile would be good for it). Check if the plants are alive - is anything black-soft-mushy (stems, leaves)? If yes, cut off or if whole plant is, discard. Clean/wash the roots on OK plants. They should be planted in well draining mix.

The mix is a mess I know, no drainage at all.. They have a bunch of cactus soil and perlite, would adding lava stone to the mix improve it at all?....and thank you both for responding...the Echeverias look good,though I've never seen em quite look like that before

This and the fuzzy one are both like this. Will anything grow on off of it? There's a jade plant in there too that I have hope maybe will come back

Let's divide and conquer, Ianbeatty. In order to save these plants you will first need to ensure that you can improve the current growing conditions, and sometimes even the most experienced of growers have problems providing the best of all the combination for healthy plants:

1) Light - How much light can you give your plants? I'm assuming they were kept indoors by a window without much sunlight, as you can see most of the plants are extremely etiolated. The last guy seem to be a Echeveria Black Prince, which will change its coloration into a deep maroon when exposed to prolonged long. Right now, yours is green, which means it very under nourished from proper light. Word of caution, I'm also not telling you throw your plants and bake them in the hot sun immediately, you would need to slowly introduce them to full sun in a couple of hours increment each day. Else they will get sunburnt, and it is permanent!

2) Soil/Water - I don't think I can explain much here. Refer to this diagram on why pots without drainage will eventually rot your plant's roots. Succulents are similar to cacti, they prefer dry soil for most of the time, but they also need the soil to be porous and arid. Mixing in lava stones will help, but I'll suggest you to start a new batch of sterile soil and perlite, and toss the existing soil. Judging from your last pic, you do not ever want is algae or moss mixed into your soil.

3) Once you figured out your new pot and soil, and ensure you can provide sufficient light, you remove all of the plant from the pot and clean the roots. Lay them out on a piece of paper towel and snap more pictures of the roots once its cleaned. We can give you better advise from there.

Something more advance is that you should behead your Echeveria and re-root it like how Andy does his here, you will have a much healthier plant in the long term.

Why do you have 'little hope for the top photo'? I don't think they are dead or un-saveable.
You said 'new soil with pebbles at the bottom' - why? The container needs drainage holes, not pebbles at the bottom.
Best you can do for succulents is:
*pot them in container with drainage holes
*use very well draining mix *supply lots of direct light

The elongated plant (most likely Echeveria Black Prince) with larger rosette should be be-headed. You could pot up the stem with roots if it is healthy - I can't tell for sure from your photo - often they will grow new babies along the stem. Otherwise, discard.

I can't tell if other elongated is healthy or not either.

I think it would be best to pot them all in individual pots (may have different watering needs); and just put the individual pots into that metal container if you want to keep it.

But you still have to make sure that pots are not sitting in water run-off.

Make holes in the container if you can. If the material is ceramic, you can make holes with a special spade bit on an electric drill. If the container is metal, it is much easier to make holes. Without holes, you will have problems and gravel at the bottom is not a solution.

The plants with long stems and a few leaves on top can be cut. Leave a bit of stem below the leaves, let it callous for a few days, and then put it in a good cactus mix. Succulents are very easy to propagate. For the haworthias and aloes, pull out dead or diseased leaves with needle nosed pliers. If they have any sign of disease or pests , do not put them in with your healthy plants. Mealybugs can be wiped off with a Q-tip dipped in rubbing alcohol.

You can start new plants with leaf cuttings. Use a healthy leaf, put the stem end in cactus mix and moisten it. Moisten it just a little every other day. It will take a while, but a new little plant will grow.

ITs gotpebbles at the bottom because its a temp container until I knew what to do with the long ones,,if I could chop them down,,all new containers will have holes n well draining soil mix....I thought the top pictured was dying since its a few diff shades of brown and used to be green..both of the elongated ones have signs of new growth.....another question,,there was a few spots of fuzzie ish white stuff on the stems that I washed off,,no clue what it was...I've had a few successful leaf cuttings and am going to try a few off these plants. They have sentiment to the homeowner so I just want to do my best for them...thank you all for the help!!!!!
