Our sons 46th birthday yesterday. He got a new work hat, Mick Dodge t shirtt and a food dehydrator. Fiancé gave him 2 apple trees. It was a great birthday, had a cookout and cake.

11 years agoMy two tulips are done blooming and peonies haven't started yet. This is a wildflower that reseeds itself in my garden, dames rocket.

11 years agoThis peony appeared as a tiny start from a plant that was destroyed during the bulldozing of our lot when house construction began. I salvaged it and have been rewarded for my efforts all these 16 years. Nothing tougher in our gardens than peonies.
11 years agoReally nice pictures today. I love the peonies, especially the color of yours, Gazania, and the story behind it!! Nicole, your picture looks so perfect. LOL The colors are fantastic. Janey, I like your rock formations too. Cool. Mine is some million bells (calibrachoa) that I put into this pot that I bought last year. I like the colors together.
