Tallest one (in your hand) is Crassula mesembryanthemoides; one next to it may be a hardy succulent/ground cover Sedum reflexum (Blue spruce sedum) - not 100% sure; one on very left below Crassula is Kalanchoe tubiflora (Bryophyllum tubiflorum); very bottom center, I think it may be another hardy groundcover Sedum rupestre 'Angelina' . The large center one and smaller to it's right - I am not sure. Looks like there are 2 more hiding (maybe 1 is an offspring of the big one?), but can't tell what they are from the photo. They all need fast draining potting mix, needs to be potted in container with drainage holes or ground - depends what your climate is (hardy sedums will overwinter in cold zones as low as z4 or even z3). And good sunlight. Kalanchoe tubiflora will self-propagate, every little plantlet you see on the leaves is potential plant - they just fall off and grow...in some places they are considered 'invasive'. When posting multiple plants for ID, it is easier to refer to plants if they are numbered. Could you add the general location and/or zone to your name?

That is indeed Peppermonia, its fairly common in my local supermarket and draws me in at a distance thinking it is a hoya till i get close. on the otherhand i do know a bit Peperomias are widely grown as houseplants and includes some choice succulent species with windowed leaves. The genus Piper includes plants that are the source of spices and mild narcotics. The berries of the climbing vine Piper nigrum are made into black pepper. Piper ornatum has attractively patterned foliage. The Pepper Family Piperaceae does not include Potatoes, Tobacco, Tomato, Bell Peppers, and Chilli Peppers. These belong to the Nightshade Family (Solanaceae).... which i have developed a sensitivity to... hence why i know the difference.

As Floral indicated, if that orchid is in the same pot as the palm, it should be removed. While it is indeed possible to grow a Phalanopsis in a highly water retentive media, it is a risky venture.

The leaves of the first one look like a mac's (ES) leaves. The second pic had a dried out bloom that resembles an Annabelle bloom and the serrated leaves look like Annabelles but they are too small to know for sure. I am going to try with my glasses backwards next -ha!- to see if that helps me. ;0), Feel free to cut dead wood by May. Maintain 2-4" of organic mulch too.
