What can I do to save my saplings?

I ordered four saplings (cherry, apple, plum and sloe berry) in March that were due to arrive by mid-April. Unfortunately, the package was sent somewhere else and by the time I discovered where it was (which is today, nearly a month after it was delivered), most of them were wilted (obviously). One had absolutely no leaves left (apple). The others still had some. Can I still save them? I just opened the package now and have dropped a bit of water onto the soil. But other than that, I'm a bit stumped. Will replanting them immediately be too stressful for them? thanks
