Ficus benghalensis question

This guy was killed by freezing temps in Jan 2014. I was too busy to deal with tossing it out so it sat in its pot all summer with no water (it doesn't rain here in the summer). Imagine my surprise then, this January, when shoots started coming up from the base of the plant after the December rains. The roots survived with no water for something like 8 months...amazing, and I've learned something new about this plant.

Now I'd like to turn this into an attractive plant, staying in a container of course. I need some advice from the ficus experts out there though, because there are three trunks growing from the base. I assume I should take two of them out; if so, what criteria should I use to decide which to keep?

Also FWIW I'll be repotting into gritty mix.
