Tell me what you like about your oven layout

I originally posted this question in 'appliances' and it was suggested it might be better suited for here.

Starting a total kitchen overhaul and I've never had anything besides a slide-in range, so while I'm feeling really skilled with the whole fridge-sink-range triangle, adding in all these other fancy gadgets is giving me a headache. I know a lot of it is personal preference, and I'll probably benefit most from bumming around my local showroom kitchens, I just want to know what people love, hate, thought they would love but hate and vise versa about how they have their ovens.

New kitchen will have a wall convection, combi steam, and microwave.

Specific questions (i have thousands) include:

Anything under counter? Microwave, combi steam, or both? Is it really a bad idea to do the steam oven down low for the steam-in-your-face factor (I thought i'd put it under the range to make use of the hood for steam suckage..)?

Ovens all together or spread the love around?

Corner ovens?

Etc..
