The Red Mile is a Flame!!!

Great series! FANTASTIC GAME 6!! The Flames never gave up, even when they were down 3-1 in the first period, 4-3 after the 2nd, and then poured it on to win the game and the series 7 to 4. Vancouver is out and we are on our way to the second round against the Ducks. Watch out Anaheim, you are going down in the Burning Ring of Fire!!!!! Go Flames, Go!!

Even when they were down 3-0, I had to keep reminding myself the Comeback Kids always do well in the 3rd period! And boy oh boy, they did not disappoint us! They're off to Disneyland now to do a little duck hunting. It's going to be a tough series to win, but I'm sure Anehiem is shaking in their boots knowing our team never gives up.

I'd be surprised if it didn't grow back even it was cut off at ground level. Anything above the break can be cut into segments for propagating new vines. The length of each cutting should be around 4 nodes, I think, with 2 nodes buried and 2 above the rooting medium/soil.

Yes as long as the shed doesn't fall below zero. That shouldn't take much in 6a. Same goes for Summer Royal and Princess others I like. But you are still going to face disease and rot issues in summer unless you can protect from rain.

Google grape cuttings. You'll get a stack of hits. Ditch the towels and the water and do them properly from the start.

Hope your Flames have better luck against Anaheim than our Winnipeg Jets! Major kudos and thank you to the Flames who put a full-page ad in the Saturday edition of our local newspaper saluting the Jets team and fans. You don't see that every day!

Stacey, IMHO the Flames organization has always been a class act. (there are lots of organizations that they would not do that for, like Edmonton or Vancouver, because the fans wouldn't stand for it.) The Jets are also a class organization, and we were cheering for you during the first round. It would have been an awesome second round playoffs series to have played against the Jets. Maybe next year! ;-)
