Blue Princess Holly or Hicks Yew Best for 6 ft Hedge in Zone 5?

Hi all,

We are thinking about growing a hedge of evergreen shrubs instead of erecting a fence along the West side of our home. It would receive the most direct sunlight in the afternoon. The hedge would be approximately 30 feet long. I was wondering which plant you would recommend as a hedge: Blue Princess Holly or Hicks Yew? Can you please tell me which would be hardier and less susceptible to winter burn? Should I consider a different shrub to use for the hedge or would these our best options?
