Thanks for the info, we live in NY state so Greenville is definitly too far for us! But I found an online source and wanted to know if they were worth investigating. The online source is Accent Building Products in PA, which will allow you to price out your cabinets online, you select out each one you want on each page and add to cart, and then total. They have prices for mouldings, etc, online also. and shipping is 39.99 for orders over $500! I would like to see them in person so am going to visit a showroom (semi) locally and then may take the plunge. Our order for a small galley kitchen w/mouldings, lite rail, frig panel, ect, was under $5k and these are assembled! This is a great alternative to Chinese RTA's and best of all, made in the USA!! Another source I am looking into is Kitchencabinetsystems.com which supplies Conestoga RTA cabinets. okay... this makes sense. the drawer arrangement is sort of busy and the idea of interior dividers is a good one. In the last house our drawers were 24" wide and I found it difficult to keep thing organized especially the smaller items like measuring cups, ramekins, tupperware lids, things like that. i think with the bank of two drawers I'd be likely to go back to inset which i really do love more than full overlay. thanks for your feedback. always so appreciated by me!

Marsh has really great prices for their partial overlay styles and good price on the full overlay shaker... A lot of their other door styles in full overlay are much more expensive. I went to training at the Showplace factory and saw a marsh display in one of the 2 showrooms they have close to the factory. I looked up Marsh and had a meeting with the local sales rep. If I set my price to make 30% of the revenue I am generally about the same price as most cabinets on the shelf at Lowes or Home Depot in the partial overlay door styles Marsh offers. They have a pretty good color selection also. They are builder grade like in price. For example, the drawer fronts of a vertical stack to not tend to ship perfectly aligned.... The doors are not consistent in size either. It is more obvious on full overlay door styles now and then... After you adjust all the doors on the top to be even with crown or the like you will find the bottom of the doors to not be in a perfect straight line by a 1/16 or so. Not the end of the world but you get what pay for..... 2 orders I have processed some of the drawers have been slabs and some of them have been 5 piece drawer fronts looking like doors. We have ordered replacements and had to go fix them. Annoying to say the least. They build things quick, they ship daily from their building 2 weeks after the order is placed. I have had some issues with not everything shipping together. I just this week had things missing from 7 orders processed a few days apart and all shipped together. The shipping paperwork listed 1 pallet. They actually used 2 which made it confusing on the dock and only one got sent... To be fair American Woodmark sent an order I am to receive tomorrow 2 cabinets short that did not turn out good at final inspection. These things happen to all the companies now and then.... Marsh has the all plywood up grade and a decent dove tail drawer and soft close guide upgrade. They build a better drawer box and user better guides then American Woodmark does.... I have the Waypoint Living Spaces brand to be technical.... Marsh was building frameless cabinets in the past. They have gotten out of that for what ever reason.... If you are looking at the shaker door style you should get a pretty good deal. If you are looking at the raised panel door styles you will get a lessor good deal to generalize. It is a cabinet brand for those wanting to spend as little as possible. If you go with particle board boxes no soft close anything and go partial overlay I have not found a company with a lower price. I have known the prices for probably 25 in the last 5 years.... If the house is your dream home and you plan to stay as long as possible I would suggest you would be under purchasing and suggest something else.... I know that this is an old forum but just for your information I ordered Ultracraft (a Norcraft company)cabinets based on the recommendation of my contractor. The finish on the cabinets is horrible and does not match the sample I was shown. The sales Representative Darrell. from Ultracraft has a very condescending attitude and told me the doors would darken. That was his attitude and he ignored the fact that the finish was wrong and I have bare wood on some of the doors, doors that are sized wrong etc. I paid for semicustom cabinets and got all stock cabinets. They advertise tolerances to 1/16th of an inch but the dealer says they only have to be within 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch. Darrell(Ultracraft) took my sample door and said it was within tolerance at the factory but when a piece of the door was sent back for comparison it magically matched what was installed in my kitchen I think he means that anything goes as long as they have been paid. The dealer Canyon Kitchen and Bath has a picture of the original door but refuses to show it to my contractor or me. Does that raise suspicions with anyone else? I would suggested anyone stay away from Norcraft (district manager Andrew) and their other companies like Ultracraft. They are all now owned by Fortune brands and fall under Mastercraft cabinets. I have contacted Ultracraft and their response is they were told it was taken care of. Really? Stay away from Desert Kitchen and Bath as well. The installer admitted to me that it was all wrong but no one will listen to me because I am just one person. I was offered $1000 and I wondered how I was supposed to fix their mistake on $42,000 dollars of cabinets. Now my only recourse is to let other people know that the dealer and the manufacturer is less than honest so others on this forum don't fall into the same trap I did.
