HUGE pile of mostly wet leaves

There is a 10 foot by 3 foot pile of wet and damp leaves in my driveway that I acquired last fall. I was unable to shred them as I usually do and after sitting on plastic for the winter, not much has changed. They have not reduced in size. All my garden beds, compost piles are full and I have about 20 bags of leaves - unshredded. Usually my compost piles that get shredded leaves in the fall have reduced by now but this year they remained the same size. I even observed dried green grass in one that has not decomposed at all! YIKES. Does anyone know of a way to shred wet leaves? I've never needed a compost booster before but would that help decompose the unshreded leaves? What other suggestions do you have for me? I need help with this unsightly mountain of leaves on my driveway and the slow decomposition of the leaves in my three compost piles.
