I'm not sure where you are in NY State, but here in Western NY State we had an unusually long period of no rain this summer. All plants suffered from agricultural crops to people's gardens. And while you can water things, it's never quite the same as real rain. Many of my plants - even well-established perennials, trees, and shrubs, suffered. Blooms were poor this summer. In speaking with a lady who owns a local native plant nursery, she expressed concern about getting seed from the plants this summer because of poor blooms. My bee balm suffered badly in the heat and dryness and I have it in partial shade which I find it really enjoys. I would wait and see what your bee balm performs like next year before really worrying that it is ill-performing. FataMorgana

I think you are copying and pasting the wrong url line under your photo in picturetrail. You want the first line that is titled "IMG SRC for auctions:". Of course you only copy and paste what is in between the opening The first line in the group of urls below your picture gives you this: The fourth line called "Clickable thumb", gives you this When you click on the thumbnail, ittakes you to a larger size. The size of the large picture is dependent on the size of the file you uploaded to Picturetrail. Hope this helps. Lee

What kind of computer do you have. I have a mac laptop and it took me a long time to figure out how to post photos. Don't give up. Read the thread "Read me if you're new to GW kitchens" There is a section that tells you how to post your pictures. I had to open a free account with photobucket. Then I had to upload photos from my computer to photobucket. I had to have open in tabs on my mac-kitchen forum and photobucket. When you pick the picture from photobucket that you want to post on kitchen forum you click the HTML code-on my mac a yellow area appears that says "copied" I then go back to kitchen forum and in the message space hit edit on my mac, then paste and the picture letters/numbers will appear. When you hit preview you should see your picture. Hope this hasn't confused you more!! It's really easy once you figure it out and not as complicated as it might sound from what I said about how I post my pictures with my mac. Now, don't know if it's a different process with other computers.
