Torquay Quartz Installation Problems; Photo's attached!!!

Hi everyone, we just had our Torquay Cambria countertops installed yesterday in our home office. Today our contractor noticed a few things that he felt were unacceptable after installation.

1st. Our contractor expressed that there is at least a quarter inch gap between the quartz countertop and cabinet. The fabricator used filler that looked like glue to fill in the gap. When I first saw this, it kind of bothered me, but I assumed that this was an "acceptable leeway" until my contractor said it was not, since we paid a lot for these.

2nd. Our contractor requested that the Cambria fabricator smooth out the holes for the computer wires.

Please tell me what you all think and what you would do???

Thanks!!!
