When to cut back Lantana and Boxwood bushes

Hi there friends! Y'all convinced me to leave my Lantana "bare sticks" alone this winter and not to cut back the wood in order to improve chances of it successfully over-wintering. So now that it is March I am ready to quit looking at big dead twigs and cut it back. Is it still too early? Do I wait until danger of freeze is mostly past? If I do cut back, is it ok to cut back to the ground?

I also have boxwood bushes that have gotten overgrown- is it too late to cut them back a bit? Have I missed that window?

As always, thanks so much dear friends for all the advice.
