Sorry you can't join in Satine, it was nice having you in the others. See ladies its fun.................Now come on and join in. If you have never tried it it's your time. I need at least one more at this point, the number has to be even for the swap.

Sure Rusty, & others. I make partners of people who have never swapped with each other before. You email your partner and get to know them. Then you can buy things they would enjoy. It is sort of a secret since you don't know them :^ ) I keep a list each swap we have and try not to give people the same person. Although I have made a mistake at times. There really are no rules just a guideline. You can spend at much as you feel like but I say around $10 or maybe more. Its up to you and your partner. Postage can be expensive so filling up a flat rate box or padded envelope works best, again, your choice. You can include something from your state, some handmade items are always great. Dollar store items are fine also, holiday things. Some people are not into Halloween so I'd ask about that first. When you get to know your partner you can ask what they like. Some swaps include gifts of food, beverages or snacks. Just use your imagination and make it fun. Enjoy the search for some unique items. If you have a talent just make something for her/him. I hope that explains it. If you have any other questions feel free to email me at anytime.

added to the list are: Roseberry Ranch imstillchloecat Aunt Audrey If no one else is playing I will close it down. If you still want to join you have till the end of today. ( Thurs 2/23) I will need 2 more players if you join now. Thank you to all those trying it for the first time and all the oldies too.

I am glad to know some of you are finding some results. I am using the CBD oil...cherry limeade flavor...and do not mind the taste, but I usually put it in my juice, but one needs to take it with 8 oz of fluid...but not a hot drink. I can not tell much difference, although a couple of my friends think my tremor is not shaking as badly. JoAnn, mine was $60 from the store but I understand you can get the oil online for $30 but I wanted to visit with someone before I started taking it. I asked about the pill form and he said that I would lose some of the potential result by the pill having to dissolve it in my body. I had not seen my friend who is taking the oil for her Parkinson’s for a couple of months until last week and her hand did not shake a bit anymore and it used to continually tremor...so I am very happy for her results.
