Comments (17)this is one of the pay for programs that will move all of your AOL stuff for you, I think there are some free ones out there too, I had found some a while back and posted on here but I have no idea what they were now, old brain does not keep up with that stuff! ePreserver Also found this info on another forum: "Use the AOL Intellisync program (free download on AOL) to sync to Outlook or Outlook Express. Then you can easily import that file to another email service. I did it with Yahoo. If you search sync (or Intellisync)on AOL you get complete directions." and these on how to get your favorites while using firefox or Ie. 1. Login to AOL from a regular (ie, firefox, safari) at http://www.aol.com. 2. Go to "my aol", usually in the top left corner 3. When prompted to "Import AOL Class Favorite Places", say "yes". this imports your AOL favorites. 4. At the bottom of the menu, there's an "export" function which will export to bookmarks.html.** 5. Import the file into your favorite browser and clean-up all the AOL specific stuff that you don't want to keep. **you can save the bookmarks.html file to your desktop then from firefox click on the bookmarks button then organize bookmarks then on that click on file at the top then on import, you browse to that file you saved bookmarks.html and select it for import. here are a few google searches that might be helpful too. Comments (7)Looks like it's not really being supported. In Firefox, if you look at Tools > Add-on's > Ad-block Plus > Options > and then Filters > Add Filters Subscription, there's some info that refers to what I mean. But we'll have to wait and see if someone starts paying attention to it again, I suppose....See MoreAbout those Garden Web Styles themes and skins for Firefox
Comments (11)i made a few that i was trying to create sort of a universal one...where all you have to do is change the picture, basically plug in your own image. those are the last ones i did called "backgrounds" and also another one with the morning glories. it might be a bit intimidating, but if you install them, go to add ons (in your browser), click edit...it brings up the code. if you scroll down to where theres a web address, and erase that one then put your own pictures web address in, it will show that image in the background. and with the text box defined with a different color, so its not just on top of the image. if you felt bold, you might even take that one (the daffodils) and then go look for where the text box color is, figure out the number of the color you want....and then change that number to whatever color you want. you can also use them on top of each other. the simple font and color changing one that molanic made will help a lot with the colors of links, size of fonts, and such. so you can start with which ever one you like best, then install the color changing one to add the text boxes, the font size...etc...and it will be both at once, and work together. yeah that would be the easier way to get the daffodil one to have more variation. this is the one that changes colors and fonts: https://userstyles.org/styles/110474/gardenweb-houzz-colors...See Moredaisychain01
