Blooms dropping on Red Robin tomato in my Aerogarden, no new blooms.

I'm new to Hydroponics, I bought an Aerogarden a few months back, on a whim.

I started some Red Robin tomatoes, one in hydro, three in soil.

The 3 in soil are under 4' cool white T8's, 4 bulbs, and 3 1100 lumen cfl's to the sides. They are very thick stemmed and bushy. But no blooms.

The one in the hydro is kind of lanky, I had to tie it up. But it had 5 blooms a few weeks ago. I have a fan set up on a timer and I thumped the blooms several times a day but they fell off, no toms. It outgrew the Aerogarden so I added a cfl above it.

It hasn't produced any more blooms since I ran out of the Mirical grow that came with the kit and changed to Floranova 7-4-10 on the recommendations of a local hydroponics store.

I have basil in the hydro and it is blooming like crazy.

The hydro gets indirect sun and the ones in soil get no sunlight at all, they are in different rooms.

I can understand the soil raised plants not blooming and plan to pick up some daylight bulbs later today.

Is the fertilizer in the hydro my problem? Or the lighting? The temps average 68 to 72.
