Ticor s508 vs. Kraus KHU100-30 question...
Comments (6)Had the Ticor s508 for about a year and a half, now. I really love this sink. Love the grid, too, which is very heavy and definitely built to last. The polished beveled edge is really pretty...I remember that I could never tell from the pics what this part would look like and was pleasantly surprised and relieved when I saw it in person. I don't use the cutting board--have a large chopping block right next to the sink. An "almost" zero-radius would be more practical as far as cleaning. However, I love the look of the sharp 90-degree corner and am willing to put up with the slight annoyance of cleaning those corners. It is no big deal....See MoreSeamless s.s or Kraus s.s sink
Comments (6)Wow here I sit wondering the same thing. To make it worse do you know Kraus offers the sink/faucet combo? I mean you get everything you need: drain, grid, and faucet. It's a hard decision....I'd really want the rear drain but in a classic style because we are doing concrete. So I'm wondering if the 23" d-shape is what I want because the only other reasonably priced 30" inch sinks are all 18 gauge. My husband insists on stainless steel. Have you seen the elkay perfect drain? I actually saw one at Home Depot for a reasonable price. Didn't touch the strainer but to me looks kinda thin. There are too many decisions!...See MoreKraus Sinks? Do You Guys Like 'Em?
Comments (8)Hi All, I just want to tell you about my experience with Kraus, We purchased the sink, faucet and soap dispenser combo for around $650 no tax. We are very please with the purchase; so far everyone that sees it is impressed.. The sink in nice and deep and the faucet is also very nice, 100% solid stainless steel, led free, UPC certified and works great, what else can you ask for. The sink came in a large box and was packed in a large felt like bag, very impressive and the faucet came in it's own package, packed in a form type box with separate compartments. (It was like opening a Christmas package), We looked at sinks that were much more costly and it looks like Kraus is right on top with their product. We got it from overstock, but Expressdecor now seems to have 10%-15% off for the same combos. Hope it helps Alen Here is a link that might be useful: kraus sinks...See MoreKraus Sinks your thoughts
Comments (15)We have 2 Kraus stainless sinks and 2 Kraus porcelain sinks. The stainless ones are an undermount prep sink in the pantry and an undermound apron front sink in the laundry. Both have rounder interior corners. I would not hesitate one iota to recommend them. With the rounded interior corners they are a breeze to clean. The drains and strainers are very high quality. The porcelain sinks are Kohler Ladena clones, the Elavo, undermount. We opted for the Kraus to save a little $ in the guest and bonus bath. They are fine, but I do prefer the Ladena we used in the master bath. The overflow holes and logo are at the front rather than the rear for the Kohler, so they aren't visible as you're using the sink. It's just a cleaner look (but pricier by far)....See Morehuango
