Joe, the two most common diseases doing what you are seeing are septoria leaf spot and blackberry rust. My guess would be the former since it is more common. My recollection is dormant lime-sulphur is the best treatment. Lime-sulphur is organic. Since you may be past dormant season you could still spray a less potent strength I expect but look up some guidelines for treatment of the disease with Google to get the details. But, before you do anything search for pictures of various blackberry leaf diseases and figure out which one you have for certain. Then search for treatments for that. Not 'Doris Taylor'... not even Elizabeth Taylor. Possibly, E. pulvinata 'Ruby'. The picture is E. 'Doris Taylor' as she appears today. Leaf loss on Echeveria, like any other plant, is a normal function of life. They will lose their lower leaves with time. If, however, you find the leaves are soft, they may not be getting enough water because of root rot or just under watering. As for the spots, not certain but could be water damage?????? And now after taking a second look, you might want take a look at the roots because that potting mix is rather heavy and looks like it may stay wet for some time... not good for a succulent. If the roots are good, i.e., look whitish, then add perlite, 50%, to what you have and replant. It does look like nutrient deficiencies, which have the twin benefits of being slow and correctable. The interveinal yellowing, where the veins stay green, is more likely magnesium than iron... but the real way to tell is where it's happening. Magnesium starts at the bottom, iron starts at the top. The pictures make me guess it's the former; you could mix up a tablespoon or so of epsom salts in a spray bottle and spritz down the plants, and see whether the leaves color up again. The yellow leaves probably are nitrogen, and a light foliar feed is very unlikely to give them too much nitrogen. Spray them down with fish emulsion and see if they green up. If they do, start giving them light doses of nitrogen regularly. Clay soil can be very rich in just about everything... except nitrogen; your amendments weren't with anything that would boost that N level for any length of time, particularly if the chicken manure was old.
