Cost difference -- types of low-E4 glass

I've decided to replace my windows with Renewal by Andersen. They offer two Low-E4 glass options. Both have the same efficiency for winter. The "SmartSun" glass is 70% more efficient in summer; the not-SmartSun is 56% more efficient (all info from Andersen). The pictures show a very slight coloration in the the "SmartSun".

The salesman said the "Smartsun" was default and was an upgrade in the days of government energy credits. He also said the two types were the same cost to me.

I don't really need the extra summer efficiency in my shady yard, and I don't like the bit of color in the glass. And I sure would like to negotiate a small price reduction for these pricey windows. Is the cost to manufacture these two really the same? Do you think it is worthwhile to ask for a price reduction based on the choice?
