This seems reasonable to me but I've never replaced a HVAC so I'm hoping for some advice here as to whether this seems reasonable. I know that the new equipment is basic entry level stuff, but I only intend to be in this house another 2 to 3 years. I'm mainly considering updating the system because 1) it's old and I don't want to deal with it breaking in the dead of winter and 2) I believe having a 25 year old HVAC system will be a huge negative when I go to sell the home in the next couple of years. Thanks
