I am going to list the books that my real life book club has chosen this year. We read one per month from September to June, with one person acting as hostess and one other who "sponsors" the book, which basically means they research it, the author, literary criticisms and then lead the discussion.

Since I am committed to reading these books (except when I am away travelling), I am going to post the title and author here in a separate thread, and then include my comments. I will do this monthly for the current selection. I invite you all to include your comments assuming you have read the book--or it just might inspire you to pick it up and read it yourself. It's very similar to what I did with The Light Between Oceans.

I hope some of you do the same, it will increase the posts here, hopefully make it more active, and perhaps give me an idea for next year's book club selection. Also, I won't feel like I am posting too much. *grin
